She holds a Ph.D. in Geosciences from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, with a focus on critical minerals.

pioneered the underground wireless transmission system, earning one of his 12 fully granted patents. He is also an Associate Professor of Electrical Engineering at Tennessee Technological University, where he continues to drive innovation.
